The Embassy of the United States of America in Windhoek is soliciting offers from suitably, qualified and well-established electrical companies, to provide electrical repairs and electrical upgrades at a residence in Eros/Klein Windhoek Area, Windhoek, Namibia. This electrical company should be able to provide high quality equipment and accessories and also have qualified/certified artisans with experience to fulfill requirements as stipulated in the attached Statement of Work.

This request for proposal and provisional statement of work are available below for all interested companies to download. The selection of an electrical company, with mentioned experience, will be based on technical qualifications and references.

All interested companies wishing to be considered for this project should submit their proposals, references and company profiles, showing expertise in mentioned field on or before Monday, August 13, 2018. Proposals should be addressed to our Contracting Officer, Mr. Mark J. Schlink, 14 Lossen Street, Ausspannplatz, Windhoek (SchlinkMJ@state.gov).

A mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, August 07, 2018 at 09h30 at this residence in Eros/Klein Windhoek Area, Windhoek, Namibia. More information will be provided to interested parties, on confirmation of attendance, prior to mentioned date of site-visit. The Embassy of the United States of America in Windhoek is soliciting offers from suitably, qualified and established vendors for the General Contractor Make Ready and Repairs at a residence in Olympia in accordance with the attached scope of work.
