U.S. Government procurement follows strict regulations outlined in the U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). These regulations require all U.S. Government agencies to advertise planned purchases over $25,000 USD to https://www.fbo.gov/.

The U.S. Embassy encourages all vendors interested in bidding on legitimate opportunities to monitor our website.

The Embassy of the United States of America in Windhoek will host a public vendor workshop to inform vendors on how to do business with the U.S. Government.

The aim of the vendor fair is to inform vendors that would like to do business with the U.S. Government on our procurement requirements and processes, regulations, payment terms and processes, invoice submission portal, and other topics of interest. Vendors are encouraged to pose questions during the workshop regarding procurement and finance procedures.

All interested parties are required to express their interest to attend the vendor fair by signing up via this link https://signup.com/go/tDRkdgD on or before June 01, 2023 at 17h00.

The workshop will be held on the following date and time:
