Luise Mwanyangapo, 31, Windhoek – Clark Atlanta University, Business & Entrepreneurship

Luise is a BA Marketing graduate who is in her final year of completing a (BA) Honors in Business Management, majoring in International Business at the University of Science and Technology (NUST) in Windhoek. Employed as a Project Manager at fesmedia Africa of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, she is also the founder of Tuuthikeni Market. Tuuthikeni Market is a monthly initiative that was started in 2010 with the aim of promoting and showcasing innovative small business start-ups in Namibia, enhancing resident participation to help build economic and social capital. An active environmentalist registered with the Namibian Environmental Education Network (NEEN) which is spearheaded by the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, Tuuthikeni cc branched out its project by producing paving blocks and plastic lumber made from recycled plastic.  Other than serving as an Executive Board member of the Namibia Book Fair (NBF), her fellowships involved serving as a Global Shaper for the Windhoek Hub instituted by the World Economic Forum.
