Message for U.S. Citizens: Invitation to U.S. Citizen Town Hall and New Embassy Compound Tour

New Embassy Compound

United States Ambassador Randy Berry cordially invites all U.S. citizens and their immediate family members to a Town Hall and New Embassy Compound (NEC) tour from 13:00 – 15:00 on Thursday, November 30, 2023.

Ambassador Berry and Deputy Chief of Mission Brandon Hudspeth will discuss the role of the U.S. diplomatic mission to Namibia, current Embassy programs and initiatives, and the United States Government’s priorities for the U.S.-Namibia bilateral relationship.

You will also have a chance to meet and ask questions of representatives from the Embassy’s various offices and learn about the range of American Citizen Services offered in Namibia.

A guided tour of the New Embassy Compound and its grounds will be provided by Ambassador Berry after the Town Hall has concluded.

To RSVP, please respond to ACSWindhoek@state.gov with the full names, dates of birth, and U.S. passport numbers for every member of your family before November 26, 2023.  If your spouse or children are not U.S. citizens, please send their foreign passport information.

This event is strictly for approved U.S. citizen guests and their immediate families (spouses and children) with confirmed RSVPs.  Unapproved guests will not be admitted into the New Embassy Compound.  Electronic devices including cameras and mobile phones will not be allowed onto the compound.
