Travel Advisory

The new travel policy requiring foreign nationals traveling to the United States to demonstrate proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 will take effect November 8.  The CDC’s website explains that, for purposes of entry into the United States, the accepted vaccines will include FDA approved or authorized and WHO Emergency Use Listing vaccines.

Entry is suspended of non-LPR foreign nationals who were present in South Africa, Brazil, the U.K., Ireland, People’s Republic of China, not including the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau, Iran, or the 26 countries that comprise the Schengen Area within 14 days prior to their arrival at the port of entry in the United States, per Presidential Proclamation. If you reside in, have traveled recently to, or intend to transit or travel to South Africa, Brazil, the UK, Ireland, China, Iran, or the Schengen Area (which is comprised of: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland) prior to your planned trip or in route to the United States, you will not be permitted to enter the United States.
